Sehr geehrte Fachleute,
im Folgenden finden Sie die aktuellsten Meldungen der EMCDDA zu identifizierten neuen psychoaktiven Substanzen.



In Belgien wurde die neue psychoaktive Substanz N-(2-amino-1-benzyl-2-oxo-ethyl)-1-(cyclohexylmethyl)indazole-3-carboxamide (APP-CHMINACA) identifiziert.

The substance is structurally similar to ADB-CHMINACA and is a synthetic cannabinoid receptor agonist developed by Pfizer (patent WO/2009/106982 from 2009. APP-CHMINACA has a claimed binding affinity for CB1 of Ki = 47.6 nM (example 14 from the patent) [1] The substance (which may also be known as PX-3) was identified in a seizure of 90 grams of yellow-ish powder by Belgian Customs in Bierset Airport on the 10 March 2015. The origin of the substance was China and the destination was Belgium (addressee claimed the substance was Clonazolam). Identification of the substance was analytically confirmed by GC-MS and NMR. Additionally, two other substances that have recently been notified and are associated with the "PX" series name are 5F-APP-PICA (PX-1) and 5F-APP-PINACA (PX-2).

In Ungarn wurde die neue psychoaktive Substanz 2-[2,5-dimethoxy-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethanamine (2C-TFM) identifiziert.

2C-TFM (also known as 2C-CF3) is a ring-substituted phenethylamine and is structurally related to the internationally controlled substance 2C-B. 2C-TFM was reported as a potent 5-HT2A/C receptor agonist and has been shown to be comparable or have slightly higher binding affinities than DOB and DOI [1,2]. 2C-TFM displaced radio labelled ketanserin from 5-HT2A/C receptors with a Ki of 74.5 nM [1]. The active dose is reported to be in the range of 3-5 milligrams with a duration of action between 5 and 7 hours [2]. 2C-TFM was identified in a seizure of 0.51 grams of light brown powder by Hungarian Police in Sárbogárd in August 2014. The substance was analytically confirmed by GC-MS at the Hungarian Institute for Forensic Sciences.

In Schweden wurde die neue psychoaktive Substanz Methyl 2-(1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-1H-indol-3-carboxamide)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate (MDMB-FUBICA) identifiziert.

MDMB-FUBICA is an indole synthetic cannabinoid with a carboxamide moiety. It is structurally related to MDMB-FUBINACA (MDMB(N)-BZ-F) but differs due to the presence of an indole instead of an indazole core. On the 3 October 2014 we issued an EWS Alert: 'Two outbreaks of serious adverse events in the Russian Federation associated with the smoking of a ‘legal designer drug’ or ‘Spice’. MDMB-FUBICA was identified in a seizure of 0.2 grams of white powder, in a bag labelled 'NM-2201' by Swedish Police in Västerås on the 6 February 2015. The substance was analytically confirmed by GC-MS, GC-IR and NMR at the Swedish National Forensic Centre.
